Neurodiverse-Informed Therapy
You do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from neurodivergent-informed care.
Whether you are an autistic human, someone with ADHD, OCD, gifted, sensory sensitive, or looking to explore new parts of your identity – this is a safe place to do so. We are never going to try to ‘fix’ you, or ‘correct your behavior.’
We approach our work in this space collaboratively, respectfully, and individually tailored to your own needs. Maybe we are stimming, using fidget tools, laying on the floor together during therapy, or engaging with sensory friendly environments. However you need to self-regulate is valid and will be met with no judgement, simply encouragement.
Many people who are neurodiverse tend to experience high levels of burnout and social exhaustion due to the overwhelming expectations to ‘mask’ – you don’t have to do that here.
The world we operate in currently was not built with most of us in mind, and that is dysregulating, frustrating, and can create an internal feeling of shame. In this space, we are going to explore ways to unmask, develop boundaries, prioritize when you need rest, find ways to reconnect with yourself, and build a supportive community.
