Compensation & Support
- W-2 Employment
- 50% split for Provisionally Licensed Clinicians / 60% for Independently Licensed Clinicians
- Bonus Pay for Evening & Weekend Sessions (We don’t mandate any of these though)
- Flexible Scheduling (you create your own schedule so that it works with your life)
- Internet Stipend for Fully Telehealth Clinicians

- Full Administrative Support (Billing, Intake, Marketing, EHR, HIPAA-Compliant Phone, Email, and Fax)
Supervision & Professional Development
- Weekly Individual & Group Supervision for Full-Time, Pre-Licensed Clinicians (with no contracts or obligations to stay post-licensure – those hours belong to you)
- CEU reimbursements and In-House Training Opportunities
- Group Consultation and Peer Support
- Options to get involved in other (paid) areas of the business to expand your learning and autonomy
Work Expectations
- 20 Billed Sessions per Week for Full-Time Status
- We don’t do Non-Compete or Non-Solicits (we support our people in their choice to grow beyond our practice if desired and will help you in that process)
- No Payback Clauses for Supervision
