Chosen Path Collective was created by people who have seen and lived the ways clinicians are often undervalued in mental health systems. We’ve all worked in settings where transparency was non-existent, burnout was the norm, and clinicians were paid far less than they earned so others could take home more than they should. We know the effects of this environment and we are determined to do it differently.

This practice was born from a collective refusal to keep participating in those dynamics. We believe that everyone wins when we take care of each other. We are committed to pushing the envelope when it comes to pay, benefits, and support systems that benefit our team. We rise together. That’s the power of a collective.

We offer full administrative support and a work environment that’s designed to facilitate autonomy and work/life balance. This isn’t hyperbole.

What We Offer

Compensation & Support

  • W-2 Employment
  • 50% split for Provisionally Licensed Clinicians / 60% for Independently Licensed Clinicians
  • Bonus Pay for Evening & Weekend Sessions (We don’t mandate any of these though)
  • Flexible Scheduling (you create your own schedule so that it works with your life)
  • Internet Stipend for Fully Telehealth Clinicians
  • 401k Retirement Savings Plan
  • Full Administrative Support (Billing, Intake, Marketing, EHR, HIPAA-Compliant Phone, Email, and Fax)

Supervision & Professional Development

  • Weekly Individual & Group Supervision for Full-Time, Pre-Licensed Clinicians (with no contracts or obligations to stay post-licensure – those hours belong to you)
  • CEU reimbursements and In-House Training Opportunities
  • Group Consultation and Peer Support
  • Options to get involved in other (paid) areas of the business to expand your learning and autonomy

Work Expectations

  • 20 Billed Sessions per Week for Full-Time Status
  • We don’t do Non-Compete or Non-Solicits (we support our people in their choice to grow beyond our practice if desired and will help you in that process)
  • No Payback Clauses for Supervision
